Although there is a logical pathway to how phases are delivered i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc, in years 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 respectively, the phases are not necessarily delivered consecutively. They are delivered based on interdependencies in an ever changing agile environment. So, being able to adapt in real time according to changing conditions is something that has been factored into project delivery.
